These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and fbajaa ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the services available at fbajaa.net. By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing any part of the fbajaa platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety.

fbajaa reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the fbajaa platform following any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold only one fbajaa account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. fbajaa reserves the right to close duplicate accounts, forfeit any balances held within them, and permanently ban the associated individuals from the platform. Account Verification

fbajaa may, at its sole discretion, require you to verify your identity before processing withdrawals, activating bonuses, or granting full account access. Verification may involve submitting a copy of a valid national identity document (National ID Card, passport, or driving licence), proof of your registered mobile number, and proof of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your fbajaa login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any other person. fbajaa will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure. fbajaa processes all transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The availability of specific payment methods may change without prior notice.

Deposits

The minimum deposit amount at fbajaa is ৳500 for mobile banking methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) and ৳1,000 for bank transfer methods. fbajaa does not charge transaction fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own standard fees, for which fbajaa bears no responsibility.

All deposits must be made from a payment account (mobile banking number or bank account) that is registered in your own name and matches the details held on your fbajaa account. Deposits made from third-party accounts may be reversed, and the associated fbajaa account may be suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes specified in the fbajaa cashier section. fbajaa reserves the right to perform identity and payment verification checks before approving a withdrawal. Withdrawals must be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the method's withdrawal capability. fbajaa does not withdraw funds to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

fbajaa reserves the right to impose withdrawal limits on a per-transaction or per-day basis. In the event of a technical error or a fault in the game system that results in an incorrectly credited balance, fbajaa reserves the right to reclaim the incorrectly credited amount regardless of whether you have already placed bets using those funds.

fbajaa may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, deposit match offers, and seasonal promotions to registered players from time to time. All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to their own specific terms and conditions, which will be clearly communicated at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses offered by fbajaa are subject to wagering requirements, which specify how many times the bonus amount (or the bonus plus deposit amount) must be staked before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, and time limits will be detailed in each promotion's individual terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified timeframe will result in the bonus and associated winnings being forfeited.

Bonus Abuse

Any Player found to be abusing the fbajaa bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using automated betting strategies to fulfil wagering requirements, or colluding with other players — will have their bonus immediately voided, any associated winnings forfeited, and their account permanently banned. fbajaa's determination in these matters is final.

Seasonal Promotions

fbajaa may offer special promotional events aligned with significant dates in the Bangladeshi calendar, including Pohela Boishakh (Bengali New Year), Eid, Victory Day (16 December), and Independence Day (26 March), as well as major cricket events such as the BPL, IPL, and T20 World Cup. These seasonal promotions are time-limited and subject to their own terms.

As a registered fbajaa Player, you agree to use the platform in good faith, in accordance with these Terms, and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The following obligations apply to your account and your conduct on the platform at all times.

You may close your fbajaa account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon receiving your closure request, fbajaa will process any remaining withdrawable balance to your registered payment method and deactivate your account within a reasonable timeframe. Please note that any active bonuses or pending wagering requirements will be voided upon account closure.

Self-Exclusion

Players who feel they need a firm, enforced break from gambling may request a self-exclusion through the fbajaa Responsible Gaming tools or by contacting [email protected]. Self-exclusion is available for minimum periods of 30 days, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. During a self-exclusion period, you will be unable to log in, deposit, or place bets. Closure by fbajaa

fbajaa reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including in circumstances where: you have violated these Terms; you have provided false registration information; suspicious activity has been detected on your account; or fbajaa is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory instruction. In cases of closure due to Terms violations, any balance held in the account may be forfeited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, fbajaa, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the fbajaa platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of business opportunity.

fbajaa provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure continuous platform availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to fbajaa.net and shall not be liable for service interruptions caused by scheduled maintenance, technical faults, third-party service failures, internet connectivity issues, or events beyond our reasonable control (including natural disasters, civil unrest, government action, or acts of God).

fbajaa is not responsible for any losses incurred as a result of your own gambling decisions. Gambling inherently involves financial risk. By using the fbajaa platform, you acknowledge that you understand this risk and that you are using the platform voluntarily with your own freely available funds. fbajaa strongly encourages all players to gamble responsibly and within their personal financial means.

In jurisdictions where the limitation or exclusion of liability for consequential or incidental damages is not permitted, the above limitation may not apply to you in full. In such cases, fbajaa's liability shall be limited to the greatest extent permitted by the applicable law of that jurisdiction.
